Yasuph - "Better now" by Post Malone

Hey guys!! It's Yasuph again and I am back this Sunday to review another song from the billboard hot 100. This week I will be reviewing "better now" by hip-hop artist Post Malone, he has also recently set a new record for most songs from an album being in the hot 100 charts beating previous artist J.Cole.

"Better Now" has placed 7th this week for the second time in a row and from listening to the track you can tell how it has maintained its position. This single comes off Post Malone's Second studio album, "beerbongs & bentleys", which explores his feelings and how he's coping a couple months after a breakup when his partner has moved on with another man. This song can be really relatable for anyone who has been through a breakup and so the relatability may have been a factor as to why this song has remained fo high on the charts for two weeks in a row.

The song has a modern hip-hop vibe as the production has really fast drums and hi-hats followed by base. Post Malone's incorporates a lot of vibratos in this song when he is singing which adds a lot to the melodic hook of the song and makes it really catchy. This song had a more chilled vibe to it, it sounds like a song you would be listening to on a road trip or when you're just chilling at home.

Overall this song is fun catchy song listen to, for me as a dancer it is a challenging song to freestyle to but none the less the song is really fun to groove along to. The lyrical content is really relatable to me personally which makes listening to this song feel relatable and familiar.
